RENATUS GROUP COMPLETES PURCHASE OF FIRST STRIKE® LAUNCHER AND ACCESSORY BUSINESS FROM UNITED TACTICAL SYSTEMS
Antioch, IL (December 14, 2022) – Renatus Group today announced it has finalized an agreement to acquire the First Strike® paintball launcher and accessory business from United Tactical Systems® (“UTS”). This includes rights to all launcher and accessory products, including the market leading T-15 and FSC launchers; Hero air systems; and the broad First Strike accessory portfolio. In addition, Renatus will represent UTS for sales of its distinctive First Strike® Shaped Projectiles, relied upon by paintball and mil-sim enthusiasts as the most accurate and longest-range projectiles on the market.

Renatus plans to complete the inventory transition to their Illinois facility by the end of the year. During this time, First Strike Round (FSR) partners will continue to be supplied by UTS without interruption.
